    We help you to access the largest footprint of loss adjusters in the world. Over 3,000 general loss adjusters, over 500 experts in Major and Complex Loss. We have GSM dedicated staff in ten of London’s key geographic markets – including the US, Canada, Australia, New Zealand and Europe, as well as the emerging insurance powerhouses in Latin America and the Middle East.

  • More than adjusting

    Many of our London market clients use our TPA service, inTrust which also has a wide global footprint. This is a full claims outsource service for property, casualty, motor and marine to deal with Lloyd’s ECF.

    With business interruption and financial losses an increasingly large proportion of loss, we can provide forensic accountants to speedily and efficiently quantify these claims in cat and non cat claims.

    if you require building consultancy, managed repair, weather reports, valuations or any other risk services, we will help you to access our non adjusting businesses anywhere in the world.

  • One stop services for new Managing General Agents

    MGA Guardian lets underwriting teams concentrate their efforts on assessing risk and product distribution – we deal with all aspects of setting up and running your business.

    MGA Guardian brings together all the services a new MGA requires. It offers the following features:

    • Full incubation service for MGA start ups, including FCA compliance, software, back office functions and creation and management of Bank and Trust Accounts.
    • Conduct risk – we provide you with compliant reporting systems.
    • Seed Capital – we provide access to experienced investors in the sector.
    • Claims Management – we use our TPA service, inTrust, to manage claims payments from FNOL to payment. We also deal with complaints and can offer a real-time claims reporting system to all parties.
    • These services can be white-labelled as necessary.
