Our Global Product Liability Practice Group, who are specialists in major loss and have considerable experience in the feed and livestock industry, have recently been involved in dealing with complex and extensive losses in poultry and pig farms due to the delivery of feed contaminated with dioxin.

Our adjusters can conduct questionnaires and investigations into checking the traceability (on the basis of feed deliveries to the plaintiffs containing an excessive amount of dioxin) and also specific patterns of the individual chemicals (congeners) that together determine the total dioxin content.
