Quality Assurance Specialist - Dallas, TX

Cunningham Lindsey, a leading independent loss adjusting company, has an immediate opening for a Quality Assurance Specialist to review Personal and Commercial property loss claims. This position is located in our Dallas (Lewisville), TX office.

Responsibilities include, but not limited to, reviewing our adjuster's completed claim files (estimate, photos, diagrams, adjuster reports, and misc documents) to ensure compliance with company standards and client guidelines. The selected candidate must have attention for details, excellent customer service skills, and be self-motivated. Qualifications desired for this position include experience as a property claims examiner, property adjuster, or building damage appraiser. Knowledge of residential and commercial building construction is a plus. The candidate should be proficient with current computer systems (Outlook, Excel, Word) and capable of utilizing automated property estimating software (MSB Integriclaim, Xactimate and/or Simsol). Willingness to work shifts that extend to 9pm during the week and rotating Saturdays is a must.

Billing Specialist - Dallas, TX

Cunningham Lindsey, a leading independent property loss adjusting company, has an immediate opportunity for a Billing Specialist in our Dallas, TX office.

Billing specialists are required to create invoices, review invoices for accuracy and post invoices for services performed by property loss adjusters. Ability to read/assess/interpret client contracts and billing instructions is a must. Property claims and loss adjusting billing experienceis strongly preferred. Strong keyboard skills, intermediate Microsoft Excel and Word experience and a keen eye for detail is essential. Flexibility and strong work ethic is required.

Some college education is strongly desired. At least 3 years of client billing and fast-paced environment experience is required. The Central Billing hours of operation are 9am - 9pm CST Monday through Friday and 8am - 4pm CST on Saturday. Candidate must be flexible to work between these hours.

Property or Multi-line Adjuster - various locations

Cunningham Lindsey, a leading independent adjusting company, has an immediate opening for an experienced Property or Multi-line Adjuster to investigate, inspect, evaluate and adjust Property and Casualty losses. As a member of our Core Group of adjusters, you will be assigned to assist our branch offices and our catastrophe department throughout the United States. While our Core Group team is centered in Dallas, TX, we welcome candidates from other states as well.

The selected candidate must have excellent customer service skills, be dependable, self motivated, and have a minimum of 2 years of solid work experience preferably adjusting claims. A college degree is preferred, however equivalent work experience will be considered. You should be qualified to use automated property estimating software (MSB Integriclaim and/or Xactimate). Prior experience as an adjuster with an Independent Adjusting Firm would be helpful, but not necessary.

Ideally, you will have a background in insurance, construction, real estate, estimating or other field where a combination of customer service skills and technical knowledge is required.

This position requires extensive travel (almost 100%) and requires being away from home for weeks at a time. You must be able to carry and set up a ladder. Roof climbing is required.

Cash Application Supervisor - Tampa, FL

Job Title:
Group Reporting – Cash Application Supervisor

Job Summary:
This role will focus on Cash Application functions across several North American business units and work closely with the banks and Cunningham Lindsey personnel. 

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Must have the ability to effectively manage, develop, motivate, and evaluate a team of cash application personnel
• Ensure proper controls are in place for the cash applications & refunds process to prevent misapplication, misappropriation or misdirection of payments received
• Monitor and administer month end close processes and reporting as associated with the cash applications process
• Maintain and update policies and procedures manual
• Monitor productivity of cash application staff, and provide performance & attendance feedback and coaching
• Working collaboratively with the Credit & Collections and AP Departments
• Review and approve client refunds

Reports to:
AR Manager

Requirements:
• Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience required
• Minimum 3 years experience supervisory experience in Cash Applications
• Lockbox experience required
• Must have good oral and written communication skills, attention to detail, strong organizational skills, high level of integrity and initiative. The ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment and flexibility to work hours needed to meet deadlines
• High level of Excel proficiency is required (Excel Version 2007 preferred)
• Must demonstrate continuous effort to work cooperatively and jointly in the pursuit to provide quality customer service within a company team environment
• Unclaimed property experience strongly preferred
• SAP experience preferred

Group Reporting – Credit and Collections Analyst - Tampa, FL

The credit and collections group directly supports North America through effective management of accounts receivable, credit worthiness and collectability of receivables and the delivery of timely financial data to senior management

The successful candidate will assist the Credit & Collections Supervisor in:

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manage monthly AR portfolio and assist in preparation of monthly reporting
  • Comprehensive review of outstanding receivables and initiate follow through with collection accounts
  • Research and resolve deductions (pricing errors, allowances, over/under payments, etc.)
  • Maintain timely and accurate records, customer communications and account reconciliations
  • Frequent interaction with sales, finance and customer service personnel within the North American business units to identify root causes and resolve issues

Credit & Collections Supervisor

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required / Associates Degree preferred
  • Minimum 2 years experience in credit & collections
  • Must have good oral and written communication skills, attention to detail, strong organizational skills, high level of integrity, ingenuity and initiative. The ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment and flexibility to work hours needed to meet deadlines
  • Must be able to work in a team, recognize problems and offer potential solutions
