Cunningham Lindsey recognizes and understands the nuances of the excess and specialty markets.

Through our E&S office, we offer highly trained, skilled adjusters who have strong relationships with your markets to assist in expediting your claims. Services provided by our E&S office include the following:

• Provide a single point of contact for our clients on all claims
• Supervise the quality and timeliness of investigations, providing technical support to our field operations to assure best possible results
• Monitor salvage and subrogation efforts to secure the best possible return
• Liaison with underwriters as necessary on any coverage issues or contested claims
• Maintain and manage escrow funds to include payment of claims and associated expenses/fees
• Provide bordereaux/loss run data monthly
• Provide bank statements and reconciliation to support bordereaux activity
• Provide online access to all claims through eLink
