Own damage claims management

Our Own Damage Claims Management service is available to insurers, brokers and corporate fleets. We provide a high quality, and cost-effective service covering every aspect of a motor incident, with service delivered on a modular basis allowing clients flexibility surrounding the service required.

From First Notification of Loss (FNOL) via our 24x7 helpline, our team can provide the following services:

As soon as an incident is reported our team will ensure the vehicle repair is allocated to a network repairer and arrange for a courtesy vehicle or other suitable replacement to be provided. All repair estimates are validated by a qualified motor engineer either via a desktop or physical inspection. Repairs are authorised within 24 hours and the repair duration closely monitored, to maximise customer satisfaction and minimise vehicle off road time. In the event of a total loss the valuation of the vehicle and settlement is agreed without delay.
