RIDDOR: the Reporting of Injuries, Disasters and Dangerous Occurrences Regulations 1995.

Reporting accidents and ill-health at work is a legal requirement and it’s the duty of employers, self-employed people and people in control of premises to do so.

Early intervention is vital to effective rehabilitation and capturing the incident at a pre-claim stage, helps to mitigate long-term staff absences, associated costs and a possible claim in the future.

Through our RIDDOR?Notification Service we provide a standardised incident reporting process, making it easy for you to record incidents, whilst enabling us to offer immediate and cost-effective monitoring of the injured person. We provide early rehabilitation intervention, where appropriate.
