Public liability

Many different types of claims fall for consideration under a public liability policy. We will investigate and handle claims for injury, damage and financial loss caused by customer's negiligence or nuisance, breach of contract or statutory duty.

We will contain claims costs, through careful negotiation and mitigation. Wherever the loss occurs, we will have an experienced liability adjuster close by.  Physical evidence, documents and witness statements will be secured without delay.

We ask questions with tact and diplomacy, and test the answers until we are satisfied we have a full understanding. Only then will we provide comprehensive advice.
