Communication and involvement

Sharing ideas is fundamental to the way we work and we actively encourage everyone to participate in developing and improving our business. Our Innovation Academy was set up to make it easier for people to tell us about their ideas, to involve them in any development work resulting from those ideas and to reward them for their contribution.

We also listen carefully to our employees' views. Our annual Staff Survey is just one way in which we gauge opinion and find out what really matters to them. Working together to make Cunningham Lindsey a great place to work is a priority for us all. 

A better balance

We believe that flexibility is the key to providing outstanding service. Employees who can successfully balance work and personal commitments will be more effective at work.
