We can provide a complete fraud solution for you. We select the most beneficial technique for every claim we receive. We always use the most appropriate resources to take a claim to a successful conclusion including validation, retraction, withdrawal or repudiation.

Fraudulent claims need to be identified and dealt with. We recognise that no single approach will stop fraudsters so, before applying solutions, it’s important to have clear fraud objectives. We are passionate about fraud, not just because of the Financial Services Authority (FSA) regulation and the cost to the insurance market, but also because it is a direct attack on the principles of insurance. Our objective is to provide you with a cost-effective defence against fraud.

  • Prevention - discouraging fraud and removing fraudsters from our clients’ book
  • Detection - using expertise and technology to spot the claims needing special attention
  • Containment - investigating or managing the suspicious claims through a variety of tools
  • Measurement - reporting and evidencing our performance to our clients
