Expert witness

One of our many key support services in damage or subsidence matters is Expert Services.  We provide an independent review service covering engineering, surveying and insurance aspects of damage-related claims. Whilst subsidence is historically our major focus of service, we can advise on most construction related issues.

A fresh look at an issue by a different professional can provide new impetus. The service can range from a desk overview to full claim handling and can be extended to entire portfolios. Whether previously involved or not, our specialists in Expert Services can undertake the role of expert witness in anticipation of referral to dispute procedures.
