We will:
- Arrange collection of the designated files from you
- Where possible, upload data on to our claims system
- Reconcile the claims at our service centre against your log, entering each claim with an ID flag to track progress
- Perform initial triage and categorise losses
- Contact each policyholder, third party and legal representative within an agreed timescale to prevent further calls to your office
- Return any claims not within agreed parameters to avoid confusion
- Process claims to conclusion under delegated authority
- Administer payments or submit payment reports
- Return the files to you
- Submit weekly portfolio management information
