  • Arrange collection of the designated files from you
  • Where possible, upload data on to our claims system
  • Reconcile the claims at our service centre against your log, entering each claim with an ID flag to track progress
  • Perform initial triage and categorise losses
  • Contact each policyholder, third party and legal representative within an agreed timescale to prevent further calls to your office
  • Return any claims not within agreed parameters to avoid confusion
  • Process claims to conclusion under delegated authority
  • Administer payments or submit payment reports
  • Return the files to you
  • Submit weekly portfolio management information
