We provide an end-to-end service for handling building claims of all values, from first notification through to a network repair. You can select our complete service or choose component parts to suit their own requirements.
We have deliberately created flexibility within our service as we recognise that you will have your own views about how we can deliver maximum benefit to you and your customers.

About our service
Upon receipt of a claim our Specialist Incident Manager (SIM) will triage the claim and identify the most effective route for handling. This could be at the desk for low value claims or via a site visit by one of our Licensed Building Adjusters (LBA).
With either route, our combined insurance and building skills enable effective validation and scoping of the repair.
For valid claims, this process is supported by our bespoke scheduling software PropertyLink. PropertyLink enables the SIM or LBA to schedule and price the repair there and then. Discussion with the customer enables a suitable settlement route to be selected: cash, customers own builder or repair through Oriel or, another network of your choice.
We separate validation and repair scope from the actual fulfilment or repair process. This gives us the very best cost control and has clear benefit in ensuring that only damage caused by an insured peril is repaired.
