1. Recall:
A Dutch based Insured delivered its products around the globe to various countries which after a while seems to have defects and a product recall is necessary. Our Cunningham Lindsey Netherlands office will be able to deal with such cases in the most efficient way by coordinating the activity  within the CL network of 70 countries.

The instructions to the network entities of CL will be given by the Dutch adjuster who is used to deal with such cases in the Netherlands and therefore safeguard consistencies in approach, reporting formats etc. Our international desk monitors the progress of the process and adjusts whenever necessary.

2. Property:
A Dutch based company with operating interests abroad suffered a fire with big impact on operations. Due to our extensive coverage around the globe we will be able to instruct one of our network offices which result in quick response/presence of CL at the loss site and assist the local Insured. From the CL Netherlands office a senior adjuster will instruct and liaise with the local colleagues in order to deal with the loss as we used to in the Netherlands. Therefore CL Netherlands arranges that the required skills are available, the loss is dealt with in a pro-active manner, the reporting is according to Dutch standards, etc. By using local CL expertise we safeguard that local requirements are met, local price levels will be used etc, etc.

3 Personal Injury

Your insured from The Netherlands received a liability claim: an employee has sustained serious injuries. It’s necessary to investigate the circumstances and facts of the accident. Cunningham Lindsey The Netherlands provides an excellent team and service who can initiate an investigation on location. Besides that, we can arrange an interview with the victim and his personal injury loss adjuster to inventory the medical-, work- and home situation and discuss the claimed loss items. We deliver a high standard report and will handle the file with care. Of course you’ll be regularly updated.

Next to employee liability, we’re also highly experienced in handling cases such as medical liability, travel liability, occupational diseases, infection diseases, advise on local procedural and evidence law, analyzing the loss of self employed victims, investigate the changes on the local employment area (to guide victims into their former profession or maybe it’s necessary to retrain a victim) and analyzing the loss of diseased.
