Personal Injury and Liability.

The department Personal Injury and Liability concerns liability claims in many fields. Personal injury may result from traffic accidents, accidents at work or another type of accident. Personal injury adjusters represent (insurers of) car and truck drivers, employers and other parties confronted with a claim. Within this area we also deal with medical malpractice.

Other liability claims may result from any other wrongful act, resulting in a damage to property. In this category, one can think of product liability, environmental polution and contractual and general liability of companies.

The adjusters of the department Personal Injury and Liability mostly have a legal academic degree, complemented by specific knowledge and additional education within their field of expertise.
