We recognise the importance of an effective response and have dedicated teams across the world ready to respond. When you instruct us a team leader from our Global Practice Group will be immediately appointed to co-ordinate all aspects of the claim and its investigation. The team leader will implement an action plan that will typically include the following steps:

1. Appoint the right resource
2. Review policy cover
3. Assess total exposure
4. Identify issues and report
5. Review and implement agreed actions

The investigation of the claim will allow critical liability issues to be evaluated with the investigative focus very much on options for resolution. We recognise our role is to verify the evidence to ensure that all recovery opportunities are protected.

Product recall
The decision to recall a product can be potentially devastating to a business. Should a recall arise, a team leader will be immediately appointed to co-ordinate all aspects of the claim. Blending skills from across the business we provide effective project management and team working that is directed at the early resolution of claims, brand protection and recovery of the product.
