We opened our India operation in 2002 to provide a professional and accountable claims service for the local insurance market.

Over the years we have expanded our operations throughout India and have over 20 branch offices including Delhi, Mumbai and Chennai. We have over 120 highly skilled local adjusters who handle a wide range of claims and surveys; we offer particular expertise in property construction and engineering, including civil, electrical, mechanical, chemical, petrochemical industries and power plants.

Our business model is unique as we are equally competent in handling large mega claims, as well as retail and volume claims, including desktop handling. We also have the infrastructure and expertise to handle catastrophe claims.

Our approach is one of partnership, with a mutuality of trust, coupled with transparency and openness. We recognise the need to establish and maintain open communication with all interested parties during the lifetime of the claim.
