Some years ago, we adopted increased outsourcing as the model, anticipated the demand for a desktop claims handling service. It is recognised that this is a separate business to the traditional loss adjusting operation although the technical skills base is complementary and the service dovetails with our other available offerings.

We provide a claims management service complete with desktop handling environment, production of client-driven management information including monthly bordereaux and claim payment processing where required. The process relies heavily on IT and is systems-dominated to eliminate duplication of effort, to speed up the handling operation and with business-to-business internet/intranet links to your website.
