Overview

In addition to our work supporting the year-round needs of the Bahamian market, we have extensive experience in managing catastrophe claims within the Caribbean.

We enjoy long-term relationships with many of the leading insurance carriers and their agents and have a reputation for being able to deliver a well staffed, professional team in the event of a storm.

We are also familiar with the increasingly litigious nature of the region and take steps to ensure our adjustment practices demonstrate that the principle of ‘Good Faith' is adopted by all our staff.

We have a comprehensive office network within the region, which has been providing services to insurers and reinsurers for over 20 years. Our presence in the Caribbean has enabled us to develop an expertise in local construction costs and building techniques, both of which combine to affect the cost of catastrophe claims.
