They also provide customers and their brokers, with prompt and regular communication on claim progress. Commercial claim costs are managed through the strict application of a range of assessing tools, including scoping of building damage, scheduling of stock, plant and equipment damage, and stock reconciliations. The completion of fraud checklists, and the engagement of our supplier management centre also contribute to ensuring claim costs are managed to optimal levels.
