Global Power Practice Group Launch

29 Apr 10

On the 29th April 2010, Cunningham Lindsey, one of the largest loss adjusting and claim management companies in the world, successfully launched their new Global Power Practice Group.

Cunningham Lindsey is now uniquely positioned to handle any large operation loss throughout the world, involving all current power generation technologies thanks to the launch of this new Group.

This multi-disciplined team has considerable experience of all the major power technologies and losses, (regardless of whether the risk is an operational one or a new project) including biomass, combined cycle, gas, geothermal, hydro, nuclear, solar, steam, thermal, waste, wave and wind. The engineering team is complimented by experts in the often complex contractual wordings found in the power industry together with DSU and BI specialists.

Their geographical spread means that their adjusters are based near to their clients, ensuring that they understand their business, local cultures and talk their client's language.

The Global Power Practice leader Stuart Devine commented "You can be assured that when you work with us, our dedicated power team will use their industry knowledge and harness our enviable global network, ensuring that we bring our clients a resolution to any insurance loss quickly and efficiently." He continued "Our clients will have regular access to our market leaders who will draw upon a combination of hands-on industry experience, insurance expertise, and ever more importantly, an in-depth understanding of the commercial, contractual and financial arrangements prevalent in the power industry."

With principal teams in Australia, Dubai, Mexico, Singapore, South Africa, United Kingdom and the United States, supplemented by country experts in over 30 territories Cunningham Lindsey is unchallenged in their ability to meet the adjusting needs of the power industry.
