Our ability to respond as quickly as we normally would, is being hampered by our ongoing response to the Canterbury Earthquakes. While we have attempted to maintain a good level of service for business as usual around the country our branch adjusters have continued to be involved with the response to the earthquake and are extended.
What does this mean for the current event?
Again our plea is for patience and your understanding that our resources are thinly stretched and our people have been working under pressure for 7 months.
We remain committed to doing all within our power to provide your clients with a claim service that you can be proud of.
