Cunningham Lindsey, a leading independent loss adjusting company, has an immediate opening for an experienced Branch Manager with a strong background in Property to direct and coordinate all activities of the Charlotte, NC and Richmond, VA branch offices, including handling of insurance claim assignments from clients per their instructions and the Cunningham Lindsey claims handling guidelines.

Property experience is a must.  The Branch Manager will be responsible for the flowing: forms client contact, marketing, hiring and personnel issues (including staff development), customer service, crisis resolution, problem solving, quality assurance, compliance and control, training and billing.  The ideal candidate must be skilled as an adjuster and claims handler.  The position reports directly to Regional Manager. A state of North Carolina Adjuster License is required.

  • Maintains aggressive and results-oriented local marketing program
    Confers with company officials to plan and develop methods and procedures to lower costs and obtain greater operating efficiency and provide profit to the corporation
  • Interprets, implements and enforces company policies
  • Maintains a stable and functional work force to ensure the total workflow is accomplished in a smooth, efficient and profitable manner
  • Prepares and submits activity reports to Regional Manager
  • Reviews files and quality reports to ensure that personnel have achieved quality performance
  • Communicates with clients, branch employees and home office as it relates to operation of branch office

Additional responsibilities include: Oversees all maintenance costs of company-assigned vehicles as well as general cleanliness of those vehicles, maintenance of all required specifications records of costs on company-assigned vehicles, including tire maintenance costs, oil changes and mileage.  Follows procedures per maintenance coupon book supplied by vendor.
