Catastrophes can test the ability of any organization.

Our catastrophe team consists of specialists in catastrophic loss adjustments, supervision and management. In addition to our own highly trained staff, selected independent adjusters provide an extensive labor reserve allowing us to quickly put experienced people on-site and ready to work anywhere in the world.

To ensure we attract and retain the best and brightest adjusters in the industry, we evaluate each adjuster's ability to determine coverage, scope, estimate, and report professionally on catastrophe losses. Catastrophe Adjuster Proficiency Evaluation (C.A.P.E.) is administered by Vale Training Solutions and is the first program of its kind in the independent industry.

Adjusters wanting to enroll in our Catastrophe program can complete the Catastrophe Adjuster Biographical Questionnaire and fax a signed copy to: Lynda Berry, Fax: 1 214 488 6766.

Our Catastrophe Response Center provides the assignment of catastrophe losses 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Once the claim is received, we can begin immediately to service the policyholders in need.
