Our Supplier Management Services is delivered through three core business strands. It allows us to take a more holistic view of the supply management process. Our range of services are supported by a dedicated procurement team.

Supply Chain

We focus on cost control and deliver a consistent service. We improve perfomrance through communication and focus on quick resolution when issues arise.  

We work with the most suitable suppliers for our clients, providing enhanced savings. We have suppliers on site for areas of key spend, with real time access to the supplier and their systems. Our management information pack will include information on multiple suppliers with analysis.

Validation Service

We have a central Specialist Validation Team, which is easily accessed by our clients. We have developed a robust product database, and we can validate brown and white goods. We can also provide a validation service for unusual items.

We provide a totally independent validation service. We are totally impartial and have no incentive to replace. Our validation process is transparent, inline with the principles of treating customers fairly. Our settlement method is flexible according to our clients' needs. Clients have access to in-house expert support.

Accommodation Solutions

We use an initial triage process to rapidly manage requests. We source property using local agents. We will arrange deposits and refunds.

We manage and control costs. Our management information analysis will measure our success. Our triage process makes sure we use the most suitable solution. 

However specialised your organisation’s supply requirements, we can assist you. In 2007 our access to preferential rates, coupled with a focus on increasing efficiencies, enabled us to provide an average saving of £15 to every £1 spend for our clients.
