appointment at the local repair centre and provide a courtesy car.
Repair estimates are provided swiftly and validated by a qualified motor engineer, either via desktop or a physical inspection. Repairs are authorised within 24-hours of receipt of the estimate and the repair duration is closely monitored to maximise customer satisfaction and minimise the loss of use period.
For those vehicles which are deemed beyond economical repair, a total loss valuation is determined and settlement agreed with the customer, without delay.
