Regulated activities

For a broker or intermediary who provides or want to provide a claims handling service to their customers, there are specific regulatory responsibilities under the Financial Services Authority (FSA) rules.

In response to a clear market need, borne out of regulation, we have establised a separate company specifically to assist brokers, authorised to transact administration and performance duties in respect of claims they may handle on their customers' behalf.

Cunningham Lindsey Regulated Activities Limited is managed and accounted for separately within our business. It provides a branded, authorised claims facility which enables our clients to demonstrate compliance to the regulator.
