Through MaintenanceLine we deliver emergency assistance on behalf of managing agents and landlords for the benefit of lessees/tenants of blocks of flats and other housing developments.

We use skilled claims technicians and loss adjusters to deal with distressed callers. A triage system, tailored to you, helps advisers establish how urgent a problem is and whether an out-of-hours visit is really necessary. Managing agents and landlords often nominate a general building contractor, but because they're paid call-out they can incur a lot of unnecessary cost.

A seamless link with claims handling and loss adjusting - customers don't have to give their details to several sets of people: one contact and everything is resolved.

A pre-approved national network of contactors, with agreements in place that guarantee supply, fix competitive call-out rates and set service levels. As well as carrying out emergency repairs, our management contractor, Oriel, will generate next day estimates for permanent ones. We will also work with your nominated contractors.

Depending on your requirements we can set-up branded services, tailored telephony and IT platforms for you.

We help to give Residents' Management Companies (RMCs) and managing agents an added value service that helps them differentiate their offering and win more business. And it removes the stress from RMCs and managing agents, while helping them give their customers better service. We also help reduce claims spend for insurers by loss mitigation action.

RMCs and lessees get peace of mind knowing they can notify an emergency at any time of the day or night - and it will be dealt with promptly.
