Overview of the Claims Process
Our dedicated claims technicians have the scale and skills to conduct a desktop liability investigation, obtain Civil Procedure Rules (CPR) compliant statement from the insured and/or additional witnesses supported by a comprehensive and structured report.

This service is generally provided to insurers and claims handling agents on complex liability claims requiring eithera specialist view, or where negotiations have broken-down and further evidence is needed to make a final judgement on liability or proceed to litigation.

The above service is supplemented, where needed, by an adjuster visit to obtain a locus report and/or interview the witness face-to-face. This is particularly valuable in locating those witnesses that are elusive.
