Forensic investigation

According to the Association of British Insurers, insurance fraud costs the industry in excess of £2 billion per annum. Occasionally, additional investigative techniques may be needed - whether this is for creditor, motor or property claims suspected of being fraudulents.

We have offered our forensic service since 1990. We conduct site visits to analyse point of entry damage and other spillage, plus accidental damage. We also offer a desktop service, which is a cost-effective method of forensic examination, particularly on the lower valued claims where a site visit would be uneconomical.

We provide a forensic document and scene investigation service that clients can request through our special investigators or by direct instruction. We can then evaluate the physical evidence, which may be critical to the claim. Our default method is desktop validation, however, if appropriate, we can escalate the investigation to a desktop investigation, plus cognitive interview or a site visit where necessary.

Our service is available to you for all types of suspicious claims using our in-house facilities and expertise.
