Our service can be initiated when it's identified that a claimant has sustained an injury resulting in absence from work for the medium to long-term.

First Party Benefits Service
Payment protection and benefits policies present a different rehabilitation challenge. As such we offer a specific service designed to manage first party policy cover, which is ‘Treating Customers Fairly’ (TCF) compliant.

We provide a bespoke initial assessment for this market. Our injury management services are delivered in-line with the Benefits Policy Guidelines, and we work together with you to ensure the correct screening process is applied.
