Desktop service

Our desktop service is designed to provide insurers and employers with fast-track assistance for their employees and claimants with minor injuries.

Our service is managed by our Cardiff Injury Response Centre (IRC) who apply a telephone triage assessment to all new cases to determine the type of intervention most appropriate.

This fast-track assistance encourages a quick, cost-effective and safe return to work, for people with minor injuries.  The Case Manager will co-ordinate the appropropriate intervention via the desktop to return the injured person to function and work.
