Our comprehensive range of Absence, Injury and Risk management services include:

Absence

• Day one and RIDDOR Notification: We provide the early capture, monitoring and rehabilitation intervention, as appropriate, following day one or day three absences from work. We provide a standardised incident reporting process, which enables immediate monitoring and cost-effective early intervention. Capturing the incident at a pre-claim stage can help to mitigate long-term staff absences and the associated costs
• Back2work: We deliver support to unemployed individuals through our Back2work programmes. Through our programmes we offer a tiered approach to meet the needs of the individuals and provide them with the greatest opportunity of a return to employment

Injury

• Desktop Services: For insurers and employers who wish to provide fast-track assistance for their employees and claimants with minor injuries. Our Injury Response Centre (IRC) provides a telephone triage and case management service to determine and implement evidence based and cost-effective intervention
• Field Services: Our injury consultants manage more serious or catastrophic injuries, or where there are significant barriers to the resolution of a case. We provide face-to-face support and guidance and field based intervention with a vocational rehabilitation focus. This enables us to minimise the impact of more severe injuries and monitor interventions to ensure they are outcome driven and achieve results. We provide support for return-to-work with the pre-injury employer; return-to-work with a new employer, or recovery, where there is no employment prior to injury
• First Party Benefits Service: Payment protection and benefits policies present a different rehabilitation challenge. We offer a specific service designed to manage first party policy cover, which is ‘Treating Customers Fairly’ (TCF) compliant. Our Back2work service dovetails with our rehabilitation service

Risk

• Corporate Health Services: We provide a range of specialist Corporate Health Services to include: functional capacity evaluations, ergonomic assessments, manual handling advice and stress management. These offer the benefit of an outstanding and reliable outsourced service which can be tailored to your specific needs
• Major Incident Service: Available to insurers or employers who need immediate injury management and rehabilitation following a major disaster or incident within the UK. We provide a dedicated team who delivers effective and immediate rehabilitation assistance to victims and their families. This is an excellent riskmanagement component for any business, delivering improved, less costly outcomes for all parties
• Fit2Work Service: Our Fit2Work service offers a comprehensive health screen to evaluate an employee’s capacity to perform a given role, without risk to their own, or other’s health and safety
