After graduating with a Diploma Degree in Construction from Rachamangkala Technology Institute Uthen Thawai, Surachai started his career with a construction company and after 4 years, he continued his studies graduating in 1991 with a Bachelor Degree of Science, Industrial Technology (Construction) from the Rajabhat Institute Chandarakasem.

He has extensive experience in the construction industry including cement factories in Saraburi and Nakhonratchsrima Provinces as well as high-rise building construction projects in Bangkok.

In 1992 he joined a large international Insurers where he was responsible for Risk Surveys and in 1993 he moved to the loss adjusting profession.  In 1999 he joined GAB Robins as Senior Loss Adjuster.  His experience extends to various types of claims, especially CAR, CPE and cabling claims.  He also undertook other general claims assignments.  His last position was the Manager of the Technical Department.

Surachai joined Cunningham Lindsey in November 2005 as Miscellaneous Claims Manager and he has proved himself able to handle independently various engineering and miscellaneous claims.
