The aftermath of a catastrophe requires particular expertise in the management of a high volume of losses submitted by Insureds who will be in a condition of shock and personal devastation.  Following an earthquake, hurricane, volcano eruption, tsunami or man-made catastrophe, logistical and diplomatic skills need to be prominent.

We put in place detailed catastrophe plans, prepared in close conjunction with our Clients,  to ensure that correct numbers of qualified staff can be deployed to any area of the world immediately following an occurrence.
