We are renowned for our highly skilled fire, engineering and allied risks department. Adjusters handling these risks are usually either licensed engineers or certified accountants by profession.

Most of our property adjusters had the opportunity to work with foreign adjusters acting on behalf of London reinsurers. Their work has been accordingly acknowledged by leading reinsurers overseas. Likewise, we have been nominated as adjuster on large and mostly technical and complex construction and engineering claims.

Our Adjusters have handled numerous high rise building projects ranging from metro systems, construction, pipelines, dams, pier, mining and highways and share amongst themselves their respective expertise and experience, thus achieving a cohesive teamwork in the adjustment of Property losses.

For major claims involving major reinsurers and whenever warranted, our adjusters normally work in very close coordination with our international office.

This coordination with our fully qualified associates invariably results in more reasonable out-of-pocket expenses with our principals in view of the proximity between international office and the Philippines.
