Claims management

Through our centralised ClaimSolutions unit we will provide you with expertly managed, desk-based, loss management services. We provide the solution to multiple claims and losses that arise in business, enhancing profitability by expertly managing losses.

Our ClaimSolutions team deals with any incident or situation, whether it is insured or not, and is often entrusted with clients’ funds, operating as an outsourced claims department or extension of an organisation’s finance team. Our brief can entail handling all types of loss that an organisation might suffer, from multiple small losses to major catastrophes.

Our ClaimSolutions unit is resourced to manage high-volume first party and third party losses and recoveries, using customised IT systems and experienced staff. We can draw upon the knowledge and experience of our extensive national field force of assessors, investigators and specialist professionals, as and when the situation demands.

We provide management information about frequency and types of loss, that highlights recurring loss patterns and points to appropriate risk-reduction measures.
