Claim Service Officer / Office Assistant

Due to increased workloads from recent natural disasters, we have a three month fixed term position available for a Claim Service Officer/Office Assistant in our busy Palmerston North Office.

Duties include:

• Arranging travel for assessors
• Assisting with settlement of insurance claims
• Liaising with clients
• Data entry
• General administration and office support

The successful applicant will have:

• Some customer service experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication and numerical skills
• Good time management
• IT literacy

To be successful you will also need to be enthusiastic, have a can-do attitude and initiative, and be available for an immediate start.  Insurance industry experience is ideal, but not essential.
