Special Risks

Specials Risks is a unique department of Cunningham Lindsey, with an emphasis on handling art and jewellery claims.

As the word says, Special Risks means special risks and special cases, mostly with highly valuable items. In this department we therefore have organised our specialists in the fields of fine art and specie, valuables, fraud and special investigations.

We handle claims of musea, art galleries, individuals with valuable collections, diamond traders, jewellers and the like. We also handle regularly hold-ups and cases of (internal) fraud.

The team works closely with all other specialists within Cunningham Lindsey in the Netherlands as well as with our other offices in Europe and beyond.
