We are an independent claims handling and loss adjusting company working for a very varied group of principals within and outside the insurance industry. Our mission is a proactive and solution oriented handling of claims.

With over 150 employees in the company this makes us one of the largest independent adjusters in the Netherlands. We investigate the cause of losses, contribute to the mitigation of its consequences and calculate the indemnity in accordance with contractual obligations or in the light of legal liability. Moreover, we have complementing services, such as risk analysis, disability assessment and consult, medical examinations and medical advice, risk control and risk management.

Due to the fact that Cunningham Lindsey controls its global office network via a majority or full ownership rather than engaging agents, we are able to control international assignments or international programs out of the Netherlands.

We work from four strategically located offices: Amsterdam, Rotterdam, Eindhoven and Zwolle. The majority of our professionals are qualified as 'register-expert' (chartered adjuster). The most frequently found educational backgrounds are: building engineer, mechanical engineer, naval engineer or naval officer, economist, accountant and physiotherapist. There are also specialists under the specialists, for example a biologist, a surgeon and an orthopedist. By combining all these specialists under one roof, we are able to deal fast, effective and efficient with claims in any field.

We work for all parties in the insurance world. We also work for other interested parties, like the industry, the government, governmental bodies and institutions.

Thanks to the variety of clients and the qualifications of our staff, we can guarantee an independent and professional conduct within our missions. This is enhanced by a key role of our Compliance Officer and his staff, who safeguard the quality of the work, the contents of the files and reports as well as the compliance with service levels as agreed.
