Claims Handling and Recovery

The claims handling activity is focused on an efficient and swift processing of claims for insurance intermediaries, insurers and self-insured. The specialised department is manned by staff who have a legal background and extensive experience in the insurance industry. The department also co-ordinates recovery activities as a service provider to the loss adjusting departments and as a natural part of the claims handling process on behalf of our principals.

If required, we are able to act as if we are an inhouse department with special telephone lines under the name of our clients.
