Overview

We commenced our operation in Malaysia in 1977 with an office in Kuala Lumpur with additional offices being subsequently established in Johor Bahru, Penang, Kuching, Kota Kinabalu, Melaka and Kuantan.

Our adjusting force comprises highly qualified and experienced adjusters, a number of whom are professionally qualified and/or have engineering or legal qualifications. The services we undertake include property damage, construction, liability, business interruption, engineering and machinery breakdown claims. We are nominated on a number of projects and schemes including the Malaysian Bar (Professional Indemnity) Scheme. We also have an investigation department that handles personal accident and motor third party bodily injury claims.

Recognising the importance of information technology in the business world, we pioneered an electronic notification system to report claims - newloss.com. In 2007, we launched Vanguard, a sophisticated file management and risk analysis system and currently we are developing claim handling systems to facilitate and track the progress of the claims that we handle.
