Liability

Our liability division consists of a team of experienced adjusters capable of handling various types of liability claims ranging from professional indemnity, public liability, employers liability, workmen’s compensation, motor vehicle third party and products liability claims.

Claims under the Malaysian Bar Professional Indemnity Insurance Scheme, where Cunningham Lindsey has been appointed as one of the panel adjusters are currently handled by this division. We are also involved in the handling of the run off of such claims from earlier schemes.
