The aftermath of a catastrophe requires particular expertise in the management of a high volume of losses submitted by Insureds who will be in a condition of shock and personal devastation.

Following an earthquake, hurricane, volcano eruption, tsunami or man-made catastrophe, logistical and diplomatic skills need to be prominent.

We put in place detailed catastrophe plans, prepared in close conjunction with our clients, to ensure that correct numbers of qualified staff can be deployed to any area of the world immediately following an occurrence.

• A single point of contact will be assigned to you, to take responsibility for managing and coordinating catastrophe operations
• We will provide bordereau reports as and when required
• Reports on each claim will be accompanied by digital photographs, detailed clam and adjustment calculations and supporting documentation
• In the immediate aftermath we will assist in providing reserves as a matter of priority and assisting in the calculations of the Estimated Maximum Loss (EML)
