Our service offering for property claims is underpinned by the availability of our expert group, which is on hand to deal with major and complex losses on a 24/7 bases.

We are pleased to accept new assignments via Lossline, our 24/7 claims reception facility, which is a dedicated service available to our instructing clients only.

Liability

Providing liability services since 1996, we offer a full menu of services extending from full claims handling in conjunction with appointed legal advisors, to scene-of-incident investigation and reports. These services, which cater to personal injury, products liability, motor and professional indemnity claims, can be provided as part of a traditional claims service or as a Third Party Administration (TPA) service.

Our dedicated liability team is based at regional offices in Dublin, Limerick and Galway and we also work closely with our colleagues in Northern Ireland who provide a comprehensive liability claims service from Belfast. Proactivity, speed and flexibility are widely recognised as the hallmarks of our approach which is structured to support the demands of operating in the PIAB, and new litigation, environment in Ireland.

Our clients include niche and specialist insurers, non-resident insurers, captives and Self-Insured enterprises.
