Expert group

The management of a serious loss incident is crisis management in its truest and most exacting form. Unlike traditional project management, however, there is little time for up-front planning, but the required end result must be achieved notwithstanding. There is one essential ingredient which will make the difference - experience.

Our decision to establish an Expert Group in Ireland to handle major incidents mirrors our experience in other parts of the world where highly sophisticated industrial and manufacturing bases have taken root. We recognise that the adoption of modern business methods has created its own set of risk features and these must be identified and managed from the outset of any serious incident.

Each of the team members brings with them a particular expertise in the following areas:
