Building services

Through our building services division we provide consultancy services in a range of building and residential sectors to include:

• Causation Services – this service provides an accurate analysis on the cause of damage, thus assisting in the validation of policy cover and recovery potential, in instances where full loss adjusting services are not appropriate; 
• Technical Support Services – expert advice is provided on a range of building-related issues including dispute resolution, variations, incomplete works and payment discrepancies; 
• Surveying Services – our in-house building professionals work in conjunction with loss adjusters in providing specialist support to customers, including total incident management from the arrangement of emergency and mitigation measures to the project management of reinstatement works, through to certification of works.
