We have been present in Indonesia since 1994. In 2001, we established a majority owned company employing approximately thirty professional and support staff. The majority of our adjusting staff has a background in engineering disciplines namely civil, mechanical and electrical.

We provide a full claims handling capability with the office involved in property, casualty and engineering loss adjusting. Particular emphasis on fire, business interruption, engineering, CAR, EAR, oil and petrochemical claims both on a nominated and one-off basis.

We also have branch offices in Balikpapan in East Kalimantan and also in Surabaya to enhance our service to clients in this area.  These branch offices specialise in the mining, petrochemical and heavy equipment sectors.
