Our healthcare division adopts three levels of case management:
Individual Case Management (ICM)
This involves assessment of the Injured Person's physical and psychological condition from which a tailor-made rehabilitation programme will be drawn up. For ICM we provide case file review, reporting and outcome orientated recommendations.
Upon receipt of our preliminary report, insurers may make a strategic assessment of their reserve and the best means of returning the injured person to their pre-accident employment.
Special Case Management (SCM)
Apart from ICM and PBCM (below), we also provide case management services to the insurers of persons with sickness or bodily injury.
SCM includes:
Project-Based Case Management (PBCM)
PBCM is a most effective method of handling cases involving construction or industrial work-related injury. This service is largely, but not entirely, focused toward construction-based projects and corporate companies. It offers immediate response upon occurrence of injury, on-going contact with the Injured Person, regular reports and recommendations for the injured person.
