Bilingual Customer Service Representatives - Hamilton, ON

We currently have openings for multiple Bilingual Customer Service Representative for our Cunningham Lindsey Intake Solutions office in Hamilton, ON.

In this role, you will be responsible for handling emergency after-hours calls for property and automobile insurance claims at our state-of-the-art call centre based in downtown Hamilton, ON. 

The successful candidate will be fluently bilingual in English and French (oral and written) as well as be proficient in Windows 7/Vista/XP and Microsoft Office 2007/2010.  They will also have excellent typing skills and have previous experience dealing with customers. Preference will be given to candidates with previous call centre experience.  No insurance experience is necessary! 

Applicants for full time must be available to work rotating day/night shifts.  All part time applicants must be available to work 12 hour shifts and be available to work all holidays and weekends.

The successful candidates will possess an AMF license (Class 5 a – Personal and Commercial lines) and have experience as direct damages or liability road adjusters. We are also seeking automobile insurance and liability telephone adjusters.

The chosen candidates will be computer proficient, possess strong analytical skills and excellent organizational, communication, and negotiation skills.  Bilingualism will be an asset or mandatory depending on the regions.
