Assign a Claim

At Cunningham Lindsey you have 4 great ways to report a claim.

1. CALL: You can call our toll-free service hotline 1-800-ADJUST4 (1-800-235-8784) to report your claim to a Customer Service representative.This service is avialable 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. And, bilingual representatives are standing by to assist you.

2. FAX: Simply fax your notice of loss toll free to 1-800-767-9907. This notification is received at a central intake centre where it will be reviewed and assigned to the appropriate adjuster/office.

3. EMAIL: Email your claim assignment to callcentre@cl-na.com.

4. ONLINE: Last but not least is our new online claim assignment feature found on this website.  The online claim assignment form allows you to submit a claim electronically. All you have to do is fill in the claim information on the claim form, hit the 'Submit' button, and your claim assignment is immediately delivered to our central intake centre for triaging. If you wish to send along attachments, please do so using the claim assignment form available specifically for this use. Once you send the form, an email verficiation letter will be sent to you reiterating the claim details you submitted and advising that the claim has been received. Instructions for online claim assignment

Step 1: Click on the ‘Assign A Claim’ button located above. An online claim assignment form will appear.
Step 2: Complete the claim assignment form and hit the ‘Submit’ button located at the bottom of the form. A confirmation will appear assuring you that the claim has been sent. You will receive an immediate email confirming your submission.
